Tuesday night January 9th around 9pm wasn't busy trying to place an order background music and singing along was very loud couldn't the exchange of words were hard to hear each other.Got to window for pickup the young lady took my credit card for payment then she asked me several time to backup to the yellow pole and pull back up,I didn't move first she had my Card and it made no sense,so I reached for my card,when she gave it back she was holding the food so to get the order...read full review
I had a drive thru experience where an employee was very rude. It was fast food rush hour 3pm, the line was long and once I got to the speaker, no one said anything. So I pull to the window thinking the speaker didn't work and the attendant walks up very annoyed and rolls her eyes, I let her know no one came to the speaker so she says "I know cause I didn't say anything, we're changing shifts so you need to go back through the line," then she closes the window in my face. I asked for salt for my fries but the girl handed me pepper and when I asked for salt again I was reprimanded by the heifer. My hand Biggie bag was not big at all. I was missing the chicken nuggets. I was too far down the road so I just said fuggit.... Used to be the best Wendy's by far but now they rank as just sub par.
