This location is HORRIBLE and needs to be shut down. Management is horrible and something else could be built there to thrive in its place. Waited in Drive-Thru for 5-7 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. Only to drive around and see that there was work being done in Drive-Thru. No sign on the speaker and no one answered the headset to let people know work was being done. There are 5 “workers” but only one is actually working. She’s taking orders at the register, orders at the drive thru and making all the ice cream orders. The others are literally doing NOTHING! So sad. Last time here.
