We were there on Sunday around 12 for brunch. Although it was written that brunch is served until 1:30, upon arrival we were being informed that they serve the brunch until 11/ 11:30!! So we had the choice from ‘lunch menu’. I got a plate of hamburger steak. They had a few options from the sides - I got myself some turnip greens and sweet potato casserole. Just left this place after our first visit! Attentive and friendly service, and the food came very quickly after we ordered, not much of a wait at all. But the highlight of the experience was the food, which was absolutely amazing. The bacon was crispy to perfection, the cheese grits were flavorful, not bland at all, and the southwestern burrito was filling and delicious! Food was very bland. Ordered the chicken and waffles but the waffle machine was broken. Not sure $40 for 3 people was worth it, and that's with everybody drinking water. Little to no parking.
