McDonald's in Tupelo

“I stopped here for coffee headed to Atlanta and what to applaud Eric and Jordan for amazing customer service. I was sleepy and Eric over heard me saying I had a long drive ahead of me. So he suggested espresso shots something I knew nothing about. And boi did it work, I was up til I made it back home. Jordan was sweet and smiled the whole time I was there. Crudo’s to these amazing staff.❤ I’ll be stopping here again just because I’ve these two.“

“The lady that brought our food out was fantastic! She introduced herself, brought jelly for our biscuits, even tho we didn't ask for any. Her name is Betty. She had a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude! She made it easy to want to return!“

“We stopped by last night around 9:30 they were to busy playing around people that didn’t even work there going behind the counter making drinks.. they bagged our food let it sit there while that kept horse playing.. when finally handed me my food my fries were soggy and cold I also asked for no salt fries, handed me my drink with no ice.. our burgers were old,cold and dry no sauce on them.. the worst part was gave back the cold soggy fries they said to pulll up why they made new ones with no salt waited 15 minutes still never got our fries!!! Drove off went to Burger King way better!!! Avoid this place it’s disgusting and have nothing but clowns working here!!!“

“I had gotten some quick dinner after work and swung by this McDonald’s and picked up the new Adult Happy Meal and some other things! When I checked my bag.. I was missing a few items., the gentlemen at the window was so kind and worked hard to fix my problems quickly during a little late night rush! The great customer service was very appreciated! And the New shake with the happy meal was fire!!“

“I'm getting a dang whopper next time and definitely don't ask for a mcflurry that machine most of the time is out and if you say to much about it they get a little aggravated about it like it's your fault. I will be back but only for that whopper it's worth the headache and traffic line also bring your own straw 😁“
