“Wife and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and just chicken salad we also ordered the grape salad. The grape salad picture I've see on here didn't match my order. Sad it didn't but it was good. The croissant was a good choice as bread. I forgot to give a picture of our order but I have a receipt. I can share that but maybe not. I didn't know of this place. I don't eat at many food places. I'll eat there again. Gates wants to create fake chicken meat. I Will not eat that kind of meat. They use real chicken they said. Don't eat McDonald's or Wendy or taco bell no sonic or Jack's, burger king no good either. I feel eating here is healthier than those places. Maybe one day I can sit here and share a meal together with anyone willing to eat here. Do you worry about human DNA in your food too???“

I went to order and she had the best personally, great attitude and made my day, not to mention the awsome sandwich she made me. “First time coming here. Don't skimp on the meat at all. Was a lot meat. Jalapeno crisper is sooo yummy. Love the jalapeno bread. Could taste jalapeno in it potato salad was little creamy for me but I ate it all. Husband loved the new Yorker. But cucumber n tomato needed marinade over night. Didn't have much flavor. “Have been going to firehouse sub ever since I ate the first sub sandwich. Every time, my wife and I or immediate family go have always had great service and great food.

Parking: Parking spots in open lot right off of Main Road. Easy to get In and out no issues.
More than a number of adequate parking spots, plus handicap parking also“

“As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I allowed her to go ahead of me. The employee was fixing her sandwich and asking me what I wanted on mine all at the same time. She was very proficient and had no problem remembering what I wanted on my sandwich as I told her while she was preparing the other sandwich. I ordered the ultimate BMT, and it was prepared wonderfully and tasted great. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and conscious of their work space being clean. These are traits that I often do not see even in what are considered to be nice restaurants. Job well done ?. They both deserve a raise in my book. The restaurant was clean, from the drink station throughout the entire dining area. I will definitely be back here!“

“We popped in to the Mall at Barnes Crossing to grab lunch and do some quick shopping. The service at Charley's was swift even though there were lots of patrons. The food was filling and very good. I got a small chicken philly with regular fries and my friend got a small club philly with loaded fries. We were both very pleased. The season salt, jalapeño lime salt, and malt vinegar at the end of the line had a huge impact on the flavor, and we were glad we used them. Overall very happy with our meals! The price was great. Will definitely choose this place again! Drinks are an additional cost on top of the meal deals, but we still spent less than $10 per person per meal with drinks included.“
