This is by far one my favorite places to eat Mexican food, the food is well cooked and portioned, the cheese dip and salsa is great, only negative I have is the phone service, it is never answered and the voicemail always says full and can't leave message, if you don't want people to call don't post a number, very frustrating to order. the food and service is rated a 5, but the phone service I rate a 2 with room for improvement.
Came off recommendation from hostess at hampton inn. Wanted great Mexican and found it!!! Was a Saturday night and seemed slow, we specifically wanted outdoor seating and they had plenty :) our server was angel and she was excellent very fast and friendly. Came to vicksburg to visit some family and they had plans for us to eat here at El Paso. Although I am not a fan of mexican food, I LOVED IT. Our server was very sweet and she continuously checked on us.
