“Take a chance and explore the local restaurants in the areas on your travels to wherever you're going. We were delighted to have found a winner in The Copper Kettle. Straight away, you could tell this restaurant has a special connection in the community. We were treated to excellent hospitality, food, and atmosphere. The fish, shrimp, and hamburger were excellent. The fish was seasoned so well and so flaky. The hamburger was so generous and cooked to perfection. I loved that they put mustard on both sides of the bun without being asked, very important to me (every place should do this). The restaurant was very clean, including restrooms. As a plant lady, I loved all the plants thriving in the seating areas. Go ahead and stop to eat here; you will not be sorry.”

“We went tonight 11/30/25 at 5:37 pm. We obviously didn’t have high hopes because unfortunately we all know drive throughs in general are hit or miss most of the time. We were greeted at the drive through by Makyla C. & she so so so pleasant. I cannot express enough how friendly, kind, patient, & professional she was. Both my and my husband turned to each other and said “wow she was so nice” pulling away from the speaker. It has been quite a long time since we have encountered someone so full of joy at a drive through. We were sure to let her know how grateful we were to get to experience her light tonight. She was truly a joy & I hope she never loses her passion in whatever she chooses to pursue in the future. 10/10 give that girl a raise, she really raised the bar.”

“The chicken was seasoned very well today. The biscuits, mashed potatoes, and gravy were delicious. The Cajun rice wasn't good today. it needed to be cooked longer because some grains were hard and it was dry due to no gravy and seasoning.

I am so sorry and please forgive me, please accept my apologies. My conscience would not let me rest until I corrected my error for my last week post regarding your Cajun rice. I was reviewing a different Popeye's Chicken location by my hometown and entered this by mistake. This Popeye's Chicken meal as I stated was very delicious and also the Cajun rice was full of flavor and gravy which was the best that I've eaten!”
