Placed a mobile order before we left the house, when we arrived they said something to us at the drive thru (we were unable to make it out) waited for 10 min because we thought they must have said please hold, went inside and they asked us to go back around the drive thru (so we did) waited another 20 min and then put it in the app for curbside so we could park, sat there for 45 more min assuming they were just busy and trying to give them time to get our order prepared, went...read full review
This was horrible. Both ordering lanes were open and I waited for half an hour to order when I pulled app to the window to get my order. There is a bout 5 to 6 people inside working that I could see, but only 2 people were actually working. There was one girl that was just standing there on Her phone. Wasn't doing anythe rest of.The guys were just standing around talki. Got a 20 piece chicken nugget. And only about 5 of them were hot. The rest of them were cold and tough.
