At 1st I was told the dining room was closed due to short staff but then a very nice lady spoke to me and after just finding out what I was wanting she was able to accommodate me and she was very very kind so shout out to this worker and the manager was also nice. My only complaint was the food quality was not good. Taco shell was broken and tasted raw, portions size was small and the tortillas on the mexi melts were gooey and soggy. Someone needs to take a hot steamed power washer to this place. It was so sticky and dirty. It appeared to be highly understaffed, with one person working the counter and drive-thru, and one cooking. My crunchy taco shells had a weird burning plastic taste, like they had been put in an oven along with some ziplock bags or a Teflon cooking spoon.
This Taco Bell messes up orders all the time, the staff is always rude no matter how nice you are or how much you tip, the food is okay for a Taco Bell though the paint is falling off the walls as well as everything falling apart.
