“Seriously one of the best pizza experiences I've had. I got the eclipse pizza which is usually out of my comfort zone but it was extremely good. Everyone else at my table thoroughly enjoyed there food.

Vegetarian options: Their vegetarian section looked really good however I wasn't focused on what they had.“

I booked them to catering our company summer picnic and they did an amazing job. They stayed and restocked the food and packaged up all the leftovers for us afterwards. “We waited a bit on MSU’s parents weekend but oh boy was the food worth every minute! I got their Yellowstone scramble and this is the first time in my 40 years of life that I have ever finished my entire breakfast. My husband got the grizzly which was an impressive meal that at his 6’ frame couldn’t finish. My daughter made the “mistake” of getting a double stack of blueberry pancakes with strawberries and ended up having it for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. Great service, friendly staff, amazing breakfast!“

“My brother and I have been in Bozeman our whole lives (20) and (16) years and have never tried this place! We were very curious today and door dashed some açaí bowls. I got the berry bowl and my brother got the dragon fruit bowl! As door dash is finicky they followed every detail per our order, based on what we wanted! As a first experience to this place the açaí bowls are so very refreshing, very delicious and fresh! We will definitely be ordering from this place again! Great work to all, and much appreciation to following details to our expectations!“

“This was an unexpected highlight of our trip to eat here! After wrapping up an 8 day trip to Montana, we went to the MacKenzie River Pizza Co for a big meal before boarding a plane out. I didn’t think much of it, but once seated and reviewing the menu I noticed how cool the place was!

They have a lot of options for specialty pizza and sandwiches, a large kids menu selection (a huge plus!) and provided a nice list of local beers on tap. I tried a flight of local beers and had the Mackenzie pizza and it was amazing. We talked about how it will definitely be one of our first stops next time we’re back in Bozeman!

“This was the biggest disappointment and worst food I have ever had. A waste of time and money. I was a chef in fine dining for 15 years, 12 with Wolfgang Puck in L.A. and this is the furthest thing from fine dining I have ever tried to eat. zero flavor noodles were so over cooked they were a pile of mush absolutely disgusting. I will never go again and never recommend it.“

“Was touring the college campus with TRiO. We were able to use the dining facility for our meals. It it has a huge wagon wheel on the ceiling and the lighting gives off very posh western bar vibes. The food is set up in groups by type of meal so burgers, dogs, and sandwiches in one area, salad bar in another. There is pizza and stir fry. It was challenging trying to find all the different foods I like to eat when I wasn't familiar with the layout. I had shrimp mango curry on rice ? with a side of veggies and watermelon ?. I would say I prefer the food here than at Emory in Atlanta. The veggies just seem to taste better.My only complaint is that the rice was not cooked right the night i ate. ? it my impression that the rice cooker isn't steaming the rice properly so everything at the bottom was turning to rice paste and the rice at the top was still hard. My armature cooking theory is: I think there was too much rice for the capacity of the pot and not enough water, so the air couldn't circulate properly as the rice swelled. I'll let the culinary people sort that one out though.I was really impressed with the dining compost system though! This is awesome and I think all restaurants should have bins for all compostable food waste. It made me so happy to know my inedible rice was going to feed the plants it was the highlight of my dinner.“
