“The baristas are friendly, the service is quick, the overall experience is fantastic. Despite being a large chain coffee shop, it feels like a local coffee shop. The baristas greet you when you walk in the door and they remember your name after only coming in a few times. It has such an awesome overall feel in this Starbucks. I will definitely be coming back!!!“

“Excellent healthy food and plenty of options. Self-ordering systems for those who know what their doing. Order at counter if you need to ask questions. Rarely are all the kiosks working so I may end up waiting for one to open. Most of the time I come in they seem to be cleaning the lemonade stands. Must be the schedule.

“When your coffee is served with a greeting from which it can be implied "we're so glad you came" ......it's rather refreshing. Such customer service is rare. Thanks a million @Jamaal Starbucks Harbour Bay for making sure my toasted vanilla latte was just right...You made my day! 😉“

“So I start drinking my drink and walk away for about 30 minutes and my ice melts and I look inside and I see stuff floating around my only guess is probably old milk unfortunately love this Starbucks though employees always very nice and helpful and I’m not trying to bash this location by any means accidents 100% happen“

“I love Starbucks coffee! I've tried City Brew repeatedly, what they just can't figure out how to make a dry cappuccino. Starbucks always gets it right! That's why I always leave a tip, sometimes fifty percent. I do have one observation that is not completely positive; i will leave a very generous tip when a barista properly makes the coffee that I like. HOWEVER.... Don't ask me to leave a tip when I get a cup of brewed coffee. Unless I am mistaken, the baristas and their helpers behind a counter are getting paid a fair wage to pour coffee from a pot into a cup. That requires absolutely no special skills, and workers should not expect a little extra for doing their job.

I don't know how the Starbucks baristas are able to make this drink exactly the way I want without overwhelming the coffee with too much milk, but they do it perfectly almost every time I visit! I LOVE IT!!

Fill a 16oz cup with brewed coffee by depressing the lever then adding a lid= don't embarrass yourself by asking!“

“This is a new Starbucks. Very nice, but limited space. Starbucks used to be my favorite, but they up charge for every little change and have gotten out of hand.

“It was very clean and organized in there, I went there for a interview at 1pm today and I had sat in the lobby for about 32mins listening and looking around. I wanna give this store 100/100 due to the fact that they are doing everything and making it comfy to enjoy a coffee. “Great service. I ordered coffee for my wife and I, and as I waited patiently, I thought about how if I had 7 legs instead of 2, it would be incredibly difficult to find shoes. Also sitting would be interesting, and would I be shaped like a spider? I then forgot I had ordered drinks so I ordered again and was pleasantly surprised with 4 delicious drinks.“

“This Scott A guys review is completely false. I was sitting in the lobby when he came in and verbally disgraced the worker. He was bragging about how much money he makes to the worker and how the worker isn’t doing his job. The worker was kindly informing him about mobile order policies. I don’t get this Scott fellow, the worker wasn’t shaming anything.
