The baristas are always so nice and friendly. They never outwardly judge my diabetes in a cup order and always add the perfect amount of whipped cream and caramel. This place is perfect for a coffee before work/school because they always pump my drink out in a timely manner. Outstanding!!!“

“Excellent healthy food and plenty of options. Self-ordering systems for those who know what their doing. Order at counter if you need to ask questions. Rarely are all the kiosks working so I may end up waiting for one to open. Most of the time I come in they seem to be cleaning the lemonade stands. Must be the schedule.

“When your coffee is served with a greeting from which it can be implied "we're so glad you came" ......it's rather refreshing. Such customer service is rare. Thanks a million @Jamaal Starbucks Harbour Bay for making sure my toasted vanilla latte was just right...You made my day! 😉“

“So I start drinking my drink and walk away for about 30 minutes and my ice melts and I look inside and I see stuff floating around my only guess is probably old milk unfortunately love this Starbucks though employees always very nice and helpful and I’m not trying to bash this location by any means accidents 100% happen“

“This is a new Starbucks. Very nice, but limited space. Starbucks used to be my favorite, but they up charge for every little change and have gotten out of hand.

“It was very clean and organized in there, I went there for a interview at 1pm today and I had sat in the lobby for about 32mins listening and looking around. I wanna give this store 100/100 due to the fact that they are doing everything and making it comfy to enjoy a coffee. But not only that I wanna give out a shout out to the manager that was there today you were very kind and professional, I wanna thank u if it wasn't for u I wouldn't have been able to make it to my interview spot. Another shout out to the 2 workers dressed up today.! Go hot dog & taco guys.!! U are the best made my day even tho it was off a bit. I love the customes. Hot dog guy that toke my order I'm definitely coming to visit u soon for more recommendations.! “It was okay service, it definitely took pretty long through the drive through, about 90 seconds per car. I know that's fast in most things, but typically Starbucks does 30-45 seconds. We ordered: Venti Iced Caramel Brulee with 2 extra pumps of caramel; Venti Caramel Macchiato, 5 shots, Blonde, Stirred; Turkey Bacon and Egg sandwich, warmed; Bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich, warmed. I have been inside this Starbucks previously, and the interior is nice and clean.“

“I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years and a Gold Card member, so I’ve had my share of both great experiences and the occasional mix-up. I placed a mobile order at this location and when I arrived, they had made a cold version of the hot drink I ordered. Honest mistake — but what really impressed me was how they handled it. The barista immediately offered to remake the drink the way I ordered it, no hesitation. And to top it off, they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience — something I’ve never received at any other location, even when there were bigger issues.“

“Great service. I ordered coffee for my wife and I, and as I waited patiently, I thought about how if I had 7 legs instead of 2, it would be incredibly difficult to find shoes. Also sitting would be interesting, and would I be shaped like a spider? I then forgot I had ordered drinks so I ordered again and was pleasantly surprised with 4 delicious drinks.“
