I was so excited for the chick-fil-a in Niagara Falls, NY to open but this location has been a complete disappointment!! Today was my third time ordering from this location, the first two times the service was slow but I excused that as the location is new and it takes time to get things running smooth. The food is mid at best but my clients love it. When I order it’s usually on the larger side which means I waste time waiting. I downloaded the app hoping to order ahead of time therefore not having to sit and wait 20 minutes for my order. Unfortunately the team who designed the app is very short sighted and doesn’t understand you can BOTH order ahead AND deliver fresh, high quality food.
