“Many thanks to the benevolent and personable Liz who made our first visit to The River especially welcoming. A best-kept secret of the west side of Kalispell, The River has a fun atmosphere, a variety of seating and a well- lit large parking lot. Families, friends, students and new friends were there. “Just what I needed! My husband and I came here to start our day and we both said how much we loved the atmosphere. The huge windows let in a beautiful amount of morning light. The natural brick inside and the overall atmosphere make it a great spot to read or work. I had the Honey Bee latte (hot) and it as perfect; naturally sweet but not too much and creamy. Love the location and looking forward to heading back!“

“Beautiful friendly and professional staff of which I seldom meet in Lethbridge… lattes are excellent with a smooth yet presenting a distinctive smoot deep flavour. I always get the Salted Caramel Latte of which is on top of any other lattes I’ve tasted other than the ones I make at home. Well kept facility and quick service. “This little coffee shop was close to our Airbnb so we stopped to check out their menu. We had tried some huckleberry items along the way and saw a huckleberry and cupcake coffee drink. We asked for it blended and it. Was. AMAZING. And priced lower than I expected. We went back twice more, even driving out of our way to get coffee right before they closed. Their staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. If I’m ever in Kalispell again, this is the first place I’ll go!“

“Usually yes, I’m Ex employee for 6+ years. Best coffee and great staff , today at 4pm went thru the drive thru drink was really bad. Shots were burnt no almond milk in my 12oz dbl americono pumpkin spice with almond milk. So went back in they remade it. 2nd drink was worse than the first and no milk added, and stirred. Asked for my money back the cashier young man was nice and said ok so sorry but then the drink maker guy came up and was so rude he asked what was wrong told him and I had to demand my money back, clearly he should not be making drinks and secondly he should take his time to get it right one hundred percent on 2nd try. Not going back you suck extremely disappointed and will be telling everyone. And to women in front of us that was yelling at drive thru in front of us and made a u turn in front of us, now we know we weren’t the only ones getting bad drinks. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😡😡😡 Dear Becky Reno please help this location.“

“This place is incredible. We drove through today on our way to Texas. The lady at the counter was SO kind and helpful! We can’t stop talking about how great the service was! The muffins were 10/10. The coffee is robust, fragrant, and full bodied. Would absolutely stop through again. Would drive to Texas from Montana again just to taste this coffee ?☕️“

“Haven't stopped here for a long time, always on the other side of town. Stopped in today. It was busy but wasn't a long wait and my Frappe was soo good! Not overly sweet like some places. super friendly. Will definitely be back!!“

“I love your place, I really do! Why is it always so dirty and why are the tables always so sticky!? There are plenty of people working every time I’m in there to be sweeping and disinfecting wiping down tables! You guys could be a 10, but keeping the lobby clean does NOT seem to be a priority at all and it’s so sad!“

“They filled a huge detailed order for me and even wrote on each cup what it was. There were at least 16 specific drink orders and they finished them quickly! I ordered through doordash then called to make sure it was okay, and the gal was so kind and didn't make me feel bad for making such a big order. I will continue ordering from Kalispell Koffee!“

“Came in late around 9:20 and the girl was locking up but let me and my kids and husband come in. So nice of her to do that as we were exhausted and hungry from our long day of helping family move. The food was fresh and hot and service was amazing even though they were tech closed inside. She really didn’t have to do that but decided to and my family and I thank you so much for that. We will be back!“

“I highly recommend The Steam Room. They remember everyone and their drinks when they come through the drive window. Shout out to Ryan this morning for what he did, all the workers there are friendly and easy going and can't beat the prices. Keep up the good work“
