This BK store was super clean. I think this may have been the cleanest Burger King experience I can remember. This location looks like it's been recently refreshed or remodeled. The burger I ordered was exactly right and the fries were fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and the staff really seemed to know what they were doing.
They get our order wrong in this location more often than they get it right. We just expect to get someone else's order every time we order there now. Why it's so hard, I don't know.
Not very good service. I don't expect much for fast food anymore, but the service is sub par.

Recent visits showed improvement, with orders being taken perfectly and delivered quickly with a smile, though the shake machine was often down, which was disappointing for some. The staff, including general manager Liza, have worked hard to turn the store around, keeping it clean and welcoming. The breakfasts are pretty decent, but lunch and dinner items can be hit or miss depending on who is working, with some days showing signs of being understaffed. Overall, the restaurant continues to be a place where customers can enjoy good food and friendly service.
