I was in this morning 1/5/24 and purchased a raspberry white chocolate scone. It was not completely cooked all the way through, the dough was very gummy, making it completely inedible. I placed a call to let you all know and the individual answering the phones' response was "ok". Seriously "ok" that is all you have to say no apology.
