Despite his friendly and calm demeanor, he faced challenges due to the lack of training and missing items like cheddar cheese. Customers felt sympathy for him as he worked hard under difficult circumstances. The management has seemingly addressed some previous issues but still has room for improvement to ensure consistent and reliable service.
