The grad house wasn't around when I was a student and I would have been an undergrad, but I would have been there as a fixture. It's just my speed for a casual beer or coffee. You can sit on the lawn furniture or on the deck or in the house. Low key very comfortable.
A nice little spot for those around the UNB campus area.From student events to great beer, there's something for most here. They have multiple local craft beers on hand and a cider. They also have meat pies. The pies from Pie Curious are fantastic for a quick bite to eat. Microwave for 2 minutes and then toast for 2-3 and you're golden, quite literally when talking about the pastry. Coffee shop during the day, super excellent lattes (my favorite place in the city). The Nutella latte is awesome. They also have plants for sale in the windows which is cute if you want to take home a plant, but also makes for epic work vibes.They also have snacks you can buy.
