I have been to many Mary Brown’s locations. The lady who was working on the counter yesterday gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any business. She was happy, helpful, asking everyone how they are enjoying their meals and truly cared about her job. The gentleman in the kitchen was equally as nice. He was an African Canadian and the banter between the two of them through the window was awesome to see.

I went to your restaurant last night at about 6pm. I ordered 1 four piece meal and 2 two piece meals. I was told it would be 15 min for the extra 2 piece as they needed to cook more.
Over a half hour later and three "skip the dishes" drivers as well as two separate customers arriving, ordering, and receiving meals including similar parts of our meal ie a 4 piece and a 2 piece.
as I could over hear the kitchen staff tell them they didn't cook enough...
