“A $60 Date With Disappointment (And Only the Lobster Kissed Me Right) It was my first time here, and I came alone but I wasn’t planning to feel alone. You’d think they’d charm a solo diner with a seat by the view, but no... they tucked me away upstairs in the loneliest corner like I was a secret they didn’t want anyone to see. Romantic? Not exactly. I asked for an iced tea. The server poured it like it was fine wine, then whisked away the bottle, half full. Um... was that rationed or just rude? Let’s talk food. The crispy pork bites? More like crispy heartbreaks—dry, chewy, and a jaw workout I didn’t sign up for. The dipping sauce? Tangy, spicy, and just plain wrong. Like a bad blind date that shows up with no personality and too much cologne. Then came the lobster bun and fries. The lobster with garlic aioli? Finally, someone (or something) understood the assignment. Tender, flavorful, seductive. But the bun was small—tease—and the fries? Dry, bland, and abandoned on the plate like they gave up on life. Not even a sauce to save them. In the end, I paid around $60 for a solo meal (including tip) to feel... unsatisfied. A tragic romance of missed potential. I can’t say it was worth it but maybe I just didn’t order the right dishes. Perhaps there are other items on the menu that shine. Maybe I’ll come back. Maybe I won’t.“

“So my Mum's 101st Birthday has just passed and she thought scallops would be a nice dinner idea.This was my first visit to Bob's and will definitely not be the last! Cozy, homey atmosphere, lovely staff and patrons and, the scallops and clams, both with fries, were delicious! We both ate almost everything on our plates and enjoyed every mouthful. “The food was delicious and of great quality; however, the portion size was quite small, and we had to request bread multiple times. Unfortunately, it took exactly one hour from the time we placed our order until the food was finally served, which was quite disappointing“

“Pizza looked and smelled great, but their card machine wasn't working, driver insinuated it was my cards, both credit and debit. But the machine was saying communication error, both cards had more than enough money. Anyways ,long story short, the took the pizza. So to start I'll never order here again, and tell everyone I know not to either, very dissatisfied and disappointed.“

“I've personally experienced no issues or concerns anytime I have dined here. I usually eat in. There is a large eating area inside. This is a standard Deluxe French Fries location offering the usual items you'd expect. Prices have definitely increased over the last few years: $20 for a clubhouse platter and a fountain pop seems excessive.“
