“The staff is so sweet and helpful ALWAYS! I'm gluten free, not by choice, and feel pretentious when asking about gluten free choices. Not at Sweet Escapes! They usually know off hand which flavors are celiac friendly, and if they don't, they're quick to check their list, and NEVER make me feel like "one of those gluten free people" . Sweet Escapes is 5 fantastic stars every single time.“

“Hilltop Ice Cream in Woodfin is legit. The folks here are awesome and super friendly and always down to help you find the best flavor. Now, if you haven’t tried the goat milk cherry ice cream, you’re missing out. It’s crazy creamy, just the right amount of tart, and straight-up delicious.“

“Came in last minute, visiting Asheville, my girlfriend, and myself nique was very helpful. Respectful showed great customer service and their ice cream was some of the best I’ve had although it was 959 and closed at 10 she let us enjoy our ice cream peacefully. Definitely a 12 out of 10. “I went there today 1/22/24 and I got served with a big smile! I came in last minute and they still served me happily! It was just two girls (one brown girl with a nice smile and a white girl with a long ponytail, both gorgeous) I had a rough day and wanted some delicious ice cream and they showed me the best customer service I’ve ever received. Coldstone, give these two girls a raise!!! Thank you for serving me and making my night fantastic! ?? ?“
