Roy, the owner, is fantastic, and the atmosphere of the place is wonderfully welcoming. The food was outstanding! I enjoyed a homemade "Brunswick Stew," a delicious sandwich, and a Chicago hot dog that truly lived up to its reputation. Although a traditional Chicago hot dog doesn’t include ketchup, it was still excellent.

Overall, the combination of a cozy setting, excellent ownership, and fantastic food makes this place unbeatable in terms of value. I highly recommend it!

It was the monthly special and a little more than the other ones on the menu, but they didn’t have a price. At eight dollars it felt a little expensive, but it tasted creamy and decadent and delicious.The service was quite good. All of the workers were very busy but friendly enough.
