Every visit is a culinary adventure with incredibly generous portions that offer fantastic value for the price. The cool and inviting ambiance makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The green papaya salad is a refreshing and flavorful start, and the beef tips salad is simply mouth-watering. But the real star for me is the Thom Kha soup—rich, creamy, and packed with flavors that transport you straight to Thailand. And don’t get me started on the seafood basil fried rice! It’s a must-have every time, bursting with fresh seafood and perfectly seasoned basil. Whenever I’m in Asheville, a trip to Thai Pearl is non-negotiable. “My girlfriend and I stopped into the Olive Garden in Asheville on Tunnel Road and we had their soup and salad and it was probably the best lunch I’ve ever had. It was really good and our waiters name was Rain. I know, a very unusual name. He said he liked his name, but when when he was a kid, the other kids would tease him saying rain rain go away come back another day but he had a great sense of humor about it, lifting our spirits, making our day a lot more fun and we will certainly be going back to Olive Garden again!“
