Soooo fresh, large portions, the Ruben and Chicken salad are some of the best we have had. The staff were Hometown friendly..great atmosphere with a beautiful lake view to sit outside if you choose. Coffee was great- try their roasted Brainstorm!! “I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and I especially want to recognize the excellent service from managers Camilo and Jon.
A few weeks ago, I was dining with my party, and unfortunately, we were seated near an air vent that was blowing extremely cold air. Camilo and Jon immediately noticed that we were uncomfortable and came over to make sure we were okay. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely concerned about making our experience better.
Camilo even offered me some warm soup and had the air adjusted to help provide some relief. That level of personal attention and care really stood out to me. It showed that the management team wasn't simply focused on getting through the day—they truly cared about their guests' comfort and experience.
Because of how Camilo and Jon handled the situation, I would absolutely return. What could have been an uncomfortable experience was turned into a positive one because of their quick response and great customer service.

“We have eaten here four times and each time it was delicious! I have only ordered the hibachi chicken wrap (I'm a creature of habit) and it was consistently great each time. My husband changes up but has liked everything he has ordered. We like our fries a little crispier than their usual style so we requested them crispy and they gladly did it for us! They have excellent honey mustard.“

Bacon and hash browns were terrific. Eggs cold. French toast was great. Belgian waffle was overcooked and cold.

“First time in and it’s nice and clean inside! Girl at the counter was super nice and helpful. They had a special for a free slice of pizza for kids under 12 for August! I got the bbq chicken 10in pie and my husband got the pepperoni calzone (which was huge)! The owner was super nice and treated us to a free order of Milano rolls! They accidentally forgot the pizza slice for our toddler, and they ended up giving him a free 10in instead. I can’t emphasize enough how kind and caring these people were! And the food is really well priced, only $10 each for both the calzone and the 10in pizza! Will definitely be coming again!!“

“I’ve been living in Charlotte for about 6 months now, and unfortunately, I’ve had some pretty disappointing customer service experiences at a lot of fast food and quick-service restaurants. This Panera has been the complete opposite.

Every time I come here, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. My order is always correct, the service is quick, and the overall atmosphere is consistently positive. It’s refreshing to find a place where customer service is clearly a priority.

She knows how to treat customers and most of all she knows how to make a pizza. i told her they need to give her a raise and make her a manager. She fixes my sister pizza who has stage 4 cancer, and she's always extremely satisfied. For some reason when she's not there, unfortunately we don't get the same results. My recommendation is to put her in a leadership position.“
