“One of the nicest campus dining locations at App State, especially because of the beautiful view overlooking the pond. The large windows make the dining area bright and relaxing, and sitting by the window is a great place to enjoy a meal while taking in the campus scenery.

The dining area is spacious and clean, with a good variety of food options. I also like the selection of fresh fruit, salad, cookies, brownies, coffee, juices, and other drinks. It’s convenient for a quick meal or simply taking a break between classes.

The combination of the pond view, comfortable atmosphere, convenient location, and variety of choices makes Park Place a very pleasant campus dining experience.“

“We love Boone bagelry. I come specifically for their iced vanilla chai, but the bagels and cream cheese are phenomenal. This time, the wait was a little obscure. The place looked moderately busy, but the hostess said we could be seated, but the food would take a while because the kitchen was backed up. We chose to sit and wait. Our food probably took about 20 minutes, but I think we got lucky. While we were waiting we saw two other parties choose to pay for their drinks and get breakfast elsewhere. Nonetheless our food was great. I’d still come back, I think they were having an off day, but I definitely would have comped the drinks of those parties who waited for too long. I am sure that left a bad taste in their mouth.“
