“Shout out to Dixie Diner in Hendersonville! My Egg White Omelette was filled to the brim with Goat Cheese and Mushrooms. The mushrooms were nice large slices with a perfect amount of goat cheese. Expertly created by Chef McKenzie at the Dixie Diner in Hendersonville, NC. My English Muffin was toasted to perfection. The girl has talent! It was absolutely AMAZING! I ate it slow so I could relish every single bite. Today, Hayley was our waitress extraordinaire. We enjoy having our Sunday breakfast at Dixie. Their food is always cooked just right with picture perfect presentation. You definitely eat with your eyes first at Dixie. The entire staff knows what they are doing and they put a lot of care into their food and service. Dixie truly cares about their customers. You become their family when you have breakfast or lunch at Dixie. Very welcoming and sincere. It definitely takes a village to make a restaurant great.
