“The food here is so great, and the service is amazing. I love the granola and you can even get a GF granola with flax seed, blueberries and no honey. I love the fat free yogurt and the reduced calorie, lower sugar açaí base that you can request. Catering is also available, so you’ve got some amazing options for that too. Toasts, quesadillas, salads, bowls and GREAT Lavazza coffee and espresso. They now have a sugar free vanilla syrup too. Highly recommend.“

“I went this morning with a friend of mine. I had the Carolina Punch with some caffeine added instead of my morning coffee. It was fantastic and if I lived in Raleigh I would kick coffee forever. The two ladies working were very friendly and the music was awesome. All around a great experience and great way to start your day.“

“This was my first time here and I am absolutely amazed by the freshness of the fruit. This is a healthier smoothie bowl business than others I have been to. The woman working was so helpful and kind to us with figuring out what we wanted. I will definitely be coming back to get my health food-packed bowls!! Highly recommend.“

“Truly tasty and healthy with a huge selection of veggies and protein options. Dressings for every palate, from spicy to sweet. I got the shroomi? straight off the menu board and it was fantastic but you can build your own. Prepared quickly but they don't rush people who are unsure of the offerings. My salad came with a slice of fresh bread.“
