“I ordered a turkey club and some other customization...cheese and mayo with requesting the toppings be on the side...oil and vinegar tomatoes etc on the side...you know the wet toppings that if left on to long will cause the bread to be soggy. NOTHING but the cheese was put on my sub and no bacon or lettuce.....I want to add the instructions.. I am upset because by them changing my cheese to White American is proof that they did read the request. I really don't like ordering from this location....I know I sound like a Karen.... but I ordered through the app and just asked for my toppings to be on the side so I could eat the sandwich later.
I usually avoid this location...last time I ordered they didn't include my drink and chips that I paid for. This is ridiculous“
“We came in really late and they still took our orders, so good service on that front. I got the Big Kahuna chicken sub. It was decent. Their rosemary bread is really good, tho! We came because we got a coupon for a BOGO sub deal. $16 for the two of us, including drinks. Pretty sweet deal. May come back when we get another coupon in the mail!The restaurant itself was pretty standard, your typical fast food sandwich place. Ambiance is typical in that regard.“
“the service is great! the employees are so kind. the food is delicious. I come here basically every sunday and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of their food. I usually get dine in or take out and I always love the experience. the thing that makes service 5⭐️’s is the delivery bc most of the time they get the order wrong but otherwise I love it!
Kid-friendliness: their always so nice to my children. my daughter is to shy to order but my son does and their always so patient.“
“I’ve been 2 Fridays in a row. And let me say, AWESOME SERVICE!!! The restaurant is always clean. Plenty of parking. The staff greeted me in a timely fashion both times. Ashton assisted me both times. Today he recommended the Rosemary bread. Omg!!! It made my Big Kahuna Chicken sub so flavorful. I’m getting it from now on. Great recommendation from Ashton. The other young man who was running the register & the young lady cooking were so friendly. The young lady had a smile on her face when giving me my order & warm personality. I’m definitely returning. Kudos to all of the employees. Superb job!!“
“I went to this store today, a Saturday, around noon. When I walked in, the line was the length of the counter and then some more to the side door. I got in line, and as I moved up, more people came in and got in line behind me. There were 4 young guys working behind the counter. They were so upbeat, friendly, and polite, and they were working together like a well oiled machine. As I stood in the line waiting for my turn, I couldn't help but also notice that the store looked very clean. As I made it to the register, the line behind me was again, all the way to the door. Kudos to these guys for handling the rush like champs! And yes, my sandwich was super fresh and hit the spot!“
