“After a long hard day at work I decided to stop in tonight for a bite to eat. The server, Ray, was quick to greet me and get me a cup of fresh coffee. The food got to me hot and tasted as good as the menu makes it look.
Dietary restrictions: Being diabetic I asked about sweetener and Ray was able to get me packets for my coffee.“
“We originally wanted to try the nearby Breakfast time restaurant but it had a 30 minute wait and the staff were stressed out. Decided to stop in here for a Waffle house expirence, our visit did not disappoint. In addition to classic all star specials cooked perfectly, we had the most personable and kind server. Joshua is wonderful - he checked in frequently but not so often that it was intrusive. The food came out lightening quick, even though it was a busy weekend.

“Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The place was CLEAN, food was great, and the staff was the best part of it. Everyone was friendly, getting along with each other, and actually seemed to be enjoying working together, which I’ve never seen in a Waffle House.“
“This location is about as good as a Waffle House can be. The service is good, the food is good, and they keep the place clean. Due to its proximity to Concord Mills, it can get VERY busy.
Parking: Tight, awkwardly shaped parking lot with limited spaces.
Kid-friendliness: They have 2 high chairs and booster seats available upin request.“
“This waffle house is great. The team members are always on top of it and the food is what you expect.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of ovo-lacto veggie options, however you may need to specify to have your eggs cooked in a pan if you do not want it cooked near meat.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are great and are playful with our kids.“
