“I had the best Waffle House experience EVER yesterday morning! Sasha, our waitress, was an absolute gem. Not only was she incredibly kind and attentive, but she also broke out into song and dance with us—talk about bringing some extra joy to our meal! She’s hands down the best waitress I’ve ever had in any restaurant.
The food was delicious, as always, but the vibe really made this visit special. One of the cooks (who might have been the manager too) even gave me and my two friends free Waffle House hats! “Let me tell you. This was the BEST Waffle House I have ever eaten. The food tastes the same regardless of which one you eat at, but if you want it FRESH AND HOT, eat at this one. I had the biscuit and gravy and it was the first time EVER that I had hot gravy, and my waffle was moist, fluffy, and HOT.“

October 8th 2024 at 8:30 p.m. I did an online order. When I got there my order was not correct and cold. (I was given a 30-40 min wait time and got there in 25 mins) When I told the girl it was wrong and cold, she told me she did not have time to remake it, that she had just gotten there and they were not even any online orders since 6pm. Obviously there was because mine was there cold and not right. (Management needs to redo her training in customer service)
BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT SHAR AND JACKSON!! When I went in and told them what happen both apologized and my food was hot and remade correctly in minutes. Both were amazing and I'm grateful they both were understanding and super helpful to correct my order!! They deserve a raise for sure because I'm sure with the crowd the other young lady had at the window last night I'm not the only 1 that got messed up food or put customer survive that the next shift has to correct. Thank you Shar and Jackson for making it experience great again!!“
“This location has went to. To go ordering online only. I can see if it was the weekend when it's really busy but why on the week days when hardly anyone inside eating. It's more staff than customers. I saw the sign outside but since it was only about 3 customers inside I went inside to order. I was told I had to order online was told I could not sit at the counter to order online it was for dine in customers only. Again it was 3 customers inside and they were sitting at the tables and booths. I went outside to my car and placed my online order and waited for a text that my food was ready. I never got a text after about 10-15 minutes I went back inside to get my food. Food was great.“
“Haven't been to waffle house in 20yrs after a terrible experience in winston salem. Went with some friends and meet the staff there. They were polite, courteous, funny and the food was good. Will visit this location Again . Not sure about any others.“
