“Service was great this time, gave 4 stars only because the order was wrong again, however they were extremely busy with in house orders and to go orders. Food is always well cooked and great flavor. Atmosphere was stressed, and I know it's bc it was busy, however when you are so close to the staff you hear everything being said. The loudness doesn't bother anyone there, it's the context of the conversations that we hear that could be better. But I do understand it is a stressful job when busy!“
“Amazing service! Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, from the young man who opened the door for us to the servers and cooks. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this level of service at a Waffle House before. What a great team! Definitely a wonderful experience.“
“The 3rd shift cook, Pierce, is great at his job. Everything is cooked exactly like you ordered it when he is cooking. And the waitress Kayla makes sure to get you everything you need to go with it. These two make a great team and see to it you get great service. Keep up the great work!“
