Arby's in Durham

“Staff was great aside from one staff in particular. Food was great and timely…especially the lunch period. I do quality assurance and there was a major problem that stuck out to me. All staff were courteous and engaging. However, the cashier, Nashiyah, was rude and appeared to not want to work there. She had a very negative demeanor with customers and staff (a fellow staff that helped her locate something on the screen to expedite the order may have not been aware of the sneer she received once her back was turned). Hopefully they don’t have to deal with this so often as they are supposed to be a team. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because of this individual. She appeared to be young and inexperienced, but if any member of in house and/or corporate leadership happens to read this PLEASE coach her. Don’t let her be the reason customers don’t come back. Get to her and work more with her if she wants to stay there at all. Thank you to the remainder of the staff that represented the company EXTREMELY WELL!!!“

“My daughter and I love this Arby's. The absolute BEST people work there and honestly do serve your food / beverages with a genuine smile. It keeps us returning regularly. Also love using The App for additional savings. Food is hot, tasty, great portions, and the new $7 Box is fantastic. I am hooked on peach dessert roll. Very good variety to choose from, clean dining room / bathrooms, helpful friendly service, and special offers to take advantage of often. Mr. Phillip, Ms. Rebecca, Mr. Trenton, other Sweet Female Shift Mngr, and Terrific Staff are why we keep returning!! Thanks for taking care of us!!!!😊👍“
