“Good food, It is best darning experience.“
“I was able to walk in publicly. No one checked for me to be a student. There is a campus security desk right next to the door, that’s good. I was able to order and pay normally. Staff are the typical college students. Were talking about boy drama when I walked up. But served as needed.“

“Flavorful dim sum. The better/best option in Durham at the moment? I'm still looking. More on the oily side (for things like scallion pancakes). Kind of expensive for what I got but, to be honest, prices at all restaurants have stayed high after covid. Fair warning; you may need a nap after your meal! I often do.“

“We lived in Thailand for 12 years, since returning stateside just over 2 years ago we have tried several Thai restaurants and have been very let down. The khao soi and som tom were spot on! Amazing, the fried rice was delicious and P Joy even got us some Thai chili's in the lime/fish sauce. Highly recommend Thai Star, everyone was very friendly and kind!“

“I see a lot of people here complaining about this “express” Indian cuisine. Go to Royal India and pay $25 a plate if you want! Meanwhile I’ll be here on my lunch break enjoying Tikka, rice, and a samosa for $7.51 including tax. Get outta here y’all snobs“

“Visiting from Kentucky and this place was the first recommendation and totally worth it. The chef had my order ready in a good amount of time and the food was delicious. I got double chicken pad Thai, crispy shrimp boa bun and their chicken karaage 10/10“
