“We came in for an early lunch so didn't need reservations. Nayelli was super helpful by providing various recommendations. The house lager & hibiscus hole in one was superb & refreshing with the BLT & Street Corn Salad (added chicken). Everything was fresh and went perfectly with the afternoon temps. Both dishes were generous portions. Come hungry. We had the veranda with the large windows, to ourselves. I bet reservations would be recommended for later in the afternoon. Perfect lunch spot!“

“The Bell Tree Tavern hosted our schools staff Christmas party and we cannot recommend them enough for your next event or gathering! Matt, the event manager, did an excellent job working with us to create a menu in our price point and had amazing communication throughout the planning process. Our staff has not stopped talking about how great the food was. “This is a really nice place to meet friends for lunch. Soup and a sandwich, please! Never had a bad plate, the cook really cares about your meal. The croissants melt in your mouth. It feels like everything is responsibly homemade. The patio is like a garden, huge and surrounded by trees, not traffic. Inside, lots of 2 and 4-top tables that can be combined for larger groups. (No booths.) Easy and close parking. Plan to take something from the bakery section home, you won't be sorry you did.“

“Typical Donald Ross design! Probably the most undulating greens on any course that I've played that he designed! They redesigned the course a few years ago and added more undulations that Ross would have had in the original design to make the course more difficult, due to some holes being fairly short in distance! They also went back to the original sand hills natural areas instead of rough grass! If you're a great putter , you'll love this course!“

I know you don't get it perfect every time, but this was just poor management of a dish. Pay attention in the kitchen!!“

“A great place to stay. The recently renovated rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. The in-room Nespresso and welcome basket of local goods were great touches. Breakfast in the Carolina Dining Room and dinner downstairs at Villaggio are wonderful ways to start and end the day. My only complaint - Magnolia room keys don’t work at the resort fitness center, so you can’t access that amenity until they can get that fixed.“

“Found this gem on Yelp. Visited with my husband, my son, and his girlfriend. The food was so good and the flavor profiles excellent. My husband and I split a cup of the seafood chowder - fabulous. I had the Mexican shrimp tacos, my husband had the special quiche, my son had a taco that was supposed to come on a flour tortilla, but they gladly substituted corn, and his girlfriend had the salmon wraps. At the end we split a piece of peanut butter pie. The food was all delicious including the sides of homemade regular and sweet potato chips and the broccoli slaw. We will definitely go back. As we left the owner took our pictures with our motorcycles pulled up to the entry. Awesome“
