“It's been hit or miss on the food but overall the food's been pretty decent this time I went a few years ago and a lot of the vegetables were undercooked and the glasses smelled like old pond water but it's gotten a lot better now and his army food goes it's actually pretty good not quite as good as the l39th one but still pretty good You just have to go to the main line and not start off at the short order. The staff is always been very professional and helpful when it comes to getting food.“

“1st time here and it was great! We had the crispy chicken fries, and drink x2 =$20 chicken sandwich nice and crispy and big. Fries were shoestring fries( may favorite) Afterwards had a nice thick strawberry shake! Service was amazing and as it got busier they made sure they had help taking orders! No long lunes at all. will definitely be back soos,to try the burgers!“

“Excellent Restaurant to grab food while on your lunch break or evening time. They have a wide variety of combos to choose from as well as Jamaican food. Their burgers are juicy and well crafted. And their homemade chocolate chip cookies & brownies are the best! Pull up and dine in, you won’t be disappointed“

“Everything was great! The staff, the kitchen, cleanliness of the restaurant and parking lot. Even though the kitchen was short staffed the food came out hot and correct. The cooks were communicating and working very well together as we could see see through the service window. Only thing I could ask for is maybe better portion size, but the freshness of the food and you could tell most of the food was homemade. It was worth the price and we'll definitely be returning very soon.“

We didn’t have to wait long to be seated — about a 6-minute wait.Our waiter, Terencia, went above and beyond in every way to make sure we had the best experience possible. She checked on us consistently without ever feeling overbearing, and her energy was so warm and genuine that it instantly made us feel welcomed. “First time ever at a Kickback restaurant and we were blown away!!! We ordered two appetizers and meals. We found out the appetizers were a meal. Our food was amazing! The atmosphere was so much fun, nearly everyone in the place was singing along to the music. Our total came to 87.00 and we’ll worth it. Our server was so top notch. She was friendly and never once left us waiting for her. So thank you for providing us with a wonderful experience all around. More restaurants could and should model after you. She delivered excellent service and knew the menu which made ordering great for all who were at the table. Give her a raise. The second, the food was great. “Don’t know if Saturday’s is a dress down day for some staff members, which I don’t have a problem with, however when some members appearance is not professional and appear unclean, that’s a problem and unappealing in such a nice restaurant. My waitress and food server were very courteous and professional. Shift Managements need look at and smell your workers prior to shift. The public deserve it!“
