“The food is always great, the service is fantastic in the atmosphere makes you feel like your dining with family! Been coming here since we moved here from California three years ago and they recognize my whole family even some of the regulars they are due to. It was the first place we really experienced southern hospitality. Too bad. The waffle houses in Sacramento California are absolutely not the same. “Wanted to surprise my good friends by picking up their favorite soup, chicken and dumplings. Disappointed that I had to wait for 45 minutes for 2 bowls, and I didn't receive any bread. However, my friends were thrilled and absolutely loved the soup!! Next time, I will call ahead.“
“We always love First Watch breakfast and brunch. The food is always good and the cocktails are great. It’s usually very busy, especially on weekends, so plan accordingly. Service was good, and food was tasty. We were charged $5 for a drink (Pellegrino water) which we never ordered or received and noticed other people were being charged as well. Besides that, no complaints. We will definitely be back.“
“If you don't love the jumbo shrimp in the shrimp and grits just ask for fried chicken and small pieces of bacon.They are really friendly in fact I gave them a dollar once and they hung it above the door that goes into the kitchen. You can ask them if you want to see it. Hopefully it's still up there.P.S. YES, the service the love the care and the attention to detail, and a good warm cup of coffee yes it is the best I have ever had. Focusing on the food, which was good, very good for Fayettiville, NC, but it knows where matched the love and soul of you or the other servers. I went back another day and had a similar experience she read my mind, gave me exactly what I need and more and even took care of my dog by bringing him water. Additionally, I watch a young man also deliver that love to elderly women with a warm hug and friendly smile. So, yes, the service is impeccable, warm, and loving and makes you feel right at home.. So, kudos to the management team for their selection of the right people. Setting the expectation and training of the experience was magical. However, I wish the food had all of that, and I know that would be hard to do, but you are close. I wish the tacos had warm fresh homemade tortillas, with different flavors, that represent the diversity of tacos in America, like a California fish taco/vegan taco which is fresh and a south Texas warm, spicy, comforting, an asian taco, and one that is uniquely you which you have but maybe it could be different. So, again, thank all of your staff for the hospitality, I will be back the next time I visit.“
