“Online order for pickup. Fast process and the order was perfectly executed and ready when I arrived. Better than subway (and I eat subway fairly regularly due to convenience) and definitively more reasonable than Jersey Mikes especially since I think Firehouse puts more on their subs than Jersey Mikes and the price for a 'large' sub was about $5 -$6 cheaper at Firehouse than at Jersey Mikes.“

“My review and recommendation are coming from a a place of gratitude and appreciation. My husband mistakenly picked up the wrong order, someone with the same name as his made a similar order. We didn’t realize until we came home with the wrong order. We had already paid for the order I made so I called and spoke with a co owner. She graciously delivered the order to our home and even brought cookies for the kids! The mistake was my husband’s but she was still so kind and generous to us!! This is the kind of person that deserves my dollar. This is the kind of business owner I want to support! I also love jersey mikes subs over any other sandwich franchise.“

“It seems like every time I come here, especially at night, there is one lone employee left to fend for themselves. That's especially problematic considering how many times I've seen long, long lines, and as one poor guy is just working all by himself. Why isn't there ever more than one employee here?

Now thankfully, this does not ever impact my service, and I typically get my food pretty quickly. That said, the reason for the four-star review as opposed to five is the bathroom.

That bathroom is not very clean, and on a couple of occasions, the toilet is pretty clogged up“

“I came here for a footlong meatball sub. That is not what I out with tho. Not to mention the decor was terrible and very dirty. I will not be returning anytime soon. My kitties need proper food and scooter didn't get eaten by his fellow felines for this. I always share my footloose with my seven cats and they each get an inch. But my precious buttons. One of my favorite kitties. Was posionrd by the subway. The sun had olives and I specifically requested no olives. Its almost as if they WANTED to kill buttons. Definitely something fishy going on. Very fast service tho“

“I don’t think I’ve ever felt strong enough about a quick service food place to write a review about it. My husband and I go to this location several times a month and every time we leave talking about how impressed we are at the friendliness and professionalism the young guys and girls in there display. They greet you. They say goodbye. They take their time making sure your order is correct and made well. They also always seem like they are having a great time working there. The place is always super clean too. Really appreciate them and how reliable this J.M.’s is.“

“I went here for the first time today and had no clue what to expect!
The young man taking my order was very professional, patient, and kind.
I had no clue what i wanted to order so I asked him what his favorite sandwich was and then asked him to make it like he’s making his own! This BLT is delicious the flavors the freshness of the ingredients 10/10 I recommend. If you’re new to the area like me and hesitant don’t be this establishment did not disappoint, ah yes don’t forget to try the sweet tea and their pickles!“

“I had to leave a review because I was actually blown away at how great every single staff member was today. And I feel like good employees are hard to come by these days. I went in for lunch and it was super busy, tables full, many people in line, lots of pick up orders and I still was greeted when I walked in the door. It took a while as I expected with a line that long but witnessed the team working together and the positive attitude everyone had. I just wanted to give you all a ?? you are noticed!“
