“My previous visits to this Quiznos location were limited in number due to the extremely slow service and disinterested staff/employees which made me question why such a famous organization, rooted in customer service, would hire employees in which it was plain to see - simply did not care...and on an military installation at that! I am glad to say that my recent visit was very enjoyable as the service was prompt and the staff very kind and courteous. Michelle was kind, respectful, a pleasure to talk too and treated me not only as a valued customer but as a valued person. This is not just a one-off either as I witnessed the same kindness and consideration to the gentlemen in front of me by her. As such, I will be returning more often to this Quiznos. Thank you very much again Michelle!“
“I eat here nearly every day. Devante and Precious have memorized my order which is impressive because I know they see tons of soldiers every day. The whole crew is super friendly and it's a highlight in my day when I get to eat dinner here. I don't see Ricky and Floyd as often, but both are very friendly and everyone does a great job at getting through the long lines every day. I appologize, Ricky, that never fill out your survey. Maybe one of these days I will.“
“First time visitor. The staff, especially young woman at register, were great. I had a whole sub, which was too much for me. Wife had panini. Everything was clean fresh, tasty. For me, I had trouble understanding the menu b/c the big words. Sounds silly, but I may have ordered something that was not my thing. BUT, it was well prepared, but I did not know what I was ordering. Overall five stars.“
“Listen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well!Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . But I will definitely be back! Thank you James. And the food is always great!!!“
“Premium! Turkey is premium! With that said yesss it's $15 for a BLT but it's well worth it! My hotel restaurant was selling mozz sticks for $12 that's robbery. The fries here were hot and fresh, the seasoning was awesome! The turkey sandwich was hot, fresh, nicely made just for me. Do I wish there were more turkey?! You bet but, who doesn't, this is awesome! I'm visiting and this my second day in a row stopping by! Don't be a gobbler you should try it!“
“The food was great and the staff was super friendly. I come to the North post location often because they are the best on the base. I got the Bacon 3 cheese add bbq sauce and ultimate fries. The food was so delicious and fresh.Kid-friendliness: They have more options for my kids. I have picky eaters and they actually eat all of their food here. They have the little Cali and the chicken strips.“
