“Needed to get a couple sandwiches right as they opened. Had somewhere I had to be at a specific time. I fully expected no one to “be ready” when they first opened. I was 100% WRONG. When they opened the door @ 1000, everything was ready. One of the sandwiches I intended to order was a hot sandwich. Again, I fully expected to hear “we have to wait on the grill to warm up”. Again, 100% wrong. Literally everything was ready. At 10:07 I was on my way with an order that was 100% correct. Thanx to the staff for caring about what you do.“

“Stop here for lunch with my work buddy. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly and customer service oriented. It made the whole rest of my day wonderful. “First time visitor. The staff, especially young woman at register, were great. I had a whole sub, which was too much for me. Wife had panini. Everything was clean fresh, tasty. For me, I had trouble understanding the menu b/c the big words. Sounds silly, but I may have ordered something that was not my thing. BUT, it was well prepared, but I did not know what I was ordering. Overall five stars.“
“Listen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well!Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . “Premium! Turkey is premium! With that said yesss it's $15 for a BLT but it's well worth it! My hotel restaurant was selling mozz sticks for $12 that's robbery. The fries here were hot and fresh, the seasoning was awesome! The turkey sandwich was hot, fresh, nicely made just for me. Do I wish there were more turkey?! You bet but, who doesn't, this is awesome! I'm visiting and this my second day in a row stopping by! Don't be a gobbler you should try it!“
“This has to be one of the best sandwich shops in North Carolina or the East Coast. I used to eat here all the time when I was stationed at Fort Bragg. Went back recently for a visit and had to eat here again. I'm happy to report that nothing has changed, they still serve delicious sandwiches. I love Baldino's. The people were incredibly friendly and service was fast and polite. Wish we had these in Texas.“

“I have been eating Jersey Mike's subs for over 7 yrs and my favorite one in Fayetteville is off of Boone Trail. I was so excited to get one closer to me by Traemoor, but this one is nothing close to the Boone Trail one. You don't get as much meat and cheese, the breads are always skinny looking and crushed. It's not worth paying 35 dollars for 2 sandwiches and they have dried out meat. It's not as juicy and flavorful at all. I am so disappointed bc this one was so close to me. I have been here numerous times and just said it is probably bc they are new. Well they aren't new anymore and they are still this way. They still got 2 stars from me because it's usually ready by the time they said it would be on the app. Not a happy customer.Update: No one follows up at this restaurant with the bad reviews. That's such a mega downfall of any business that deals with customers and providing great customer service. Anyway. It has been a while since I have been to this Jersey Mike's. My husband wanted a quick dinner so we decided let's try it again so we did Thursday, July 27th. Whomever made the sandwiches this time did a much better job. Still not as good as Boonetrail, but that's because they are way more generous with their meats, veggies and cheese on their sandwiches. You truly get what you pay for there. I am glad that our sandwiches were better though, gives me hope that one day they can be just as good as Boonetrail.
