I went and got a sub from here and I was really pleased with the level of kindness and quality service I received from the young lady Marisa that was working there. She was not only working by herself but servicing a crowd of other customers as well. Her kindness and effort made us all understanding of the wait, although as hard as she was working the wait was not long at all. There was a young guy working with her and unfortunately he didnt look like much help. He was on his phone and moving slow to help with the crowded lobby. Nonetheless that did not stop the young lady from working her tail off and I had to leave her a tip. We all were grateful of her kindness and service and the sub was delicious.“

“Everyone in this restaurant are the most wonderful people you could ever have an interaction with. Every single employee. My subs have to be made a special way because of my autistic son. I'm there every Friday and his subs are always made perfectly. They get started on them as soon as I walk inside and at times before I've made it out of the parking lot. Delicious food and the sweetest employees. This place is a win every time.“

“I found out about Robertson's from a local friend who grew up in Fay. Thank You Tommy! The ONLY minus is that they are not always open. But when they are you get great, very fresh food made by ONE MAN at a fair price. A very nice young lady runs the register, takes orders and also take food orders. There are many regulars for a reason and it is a safe setting. Take out only, cash only, lunch time only.“

“The food is always fresh. However, today 10/12/25 when I got my favorite sub home ( the the big kahuna Philly cheese) it had a very long hair wrapped in the paper and on my sandwich. Please make your food specialist wear head gear. I live too far to bring it back!“

“My wife went I bought us the number 9 and she had them do it Mikes way no tomatoes with extra oil, vinegar, and pepper and oregano. I tried the same sub on yadkin road, it did not compare to the one on Reaford, they put some love into their work.“

“The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.“

“The food was great and the staff was super friendly. I come to the North post location often because they are the best on the base. I got the Bacon 3 cheese add bbq sauce and ultimate fries. The food was so delicious and fresh.

Kid-friendliness: They have more options for my kids. I have picky eaters and they actually eat all of their food here. They have the little Cali and the chicken strips.“
