He noticed it was my second delivery and went out his way to bring me a stuffed little cow. I had no idea you supposedly receive one at your first delivery and it was just such a sweet gesture. “had been a few years since I had gone to Rise. didn't realize that the entire franchise had changed..now, very few donuts and a horrible and impersonal way of ordering. the apple fritter tastes like it was baked yesterday or at the very least 5 hours ago. even Dunkin donuts might be better and that's not saying much. RISE used to have the best donuts. they were unique and tasted fresh. not so anymore. I wouldn't return. I find it weird to order on a computer and pick up your food from a box with a door on it and then they deem to suggest you tip them for....for what? making the food that they already get paid to make? it's not like they're making waitress wages. I guess they're more known now for their biscuits, but either way...I wouldn't return based solely on the ordering experience.“

“Best fried chicken restaurant in Raleigh! I used to enjoy BBQ fried chicken when I lived in South Korea, and I'm so glad I found a BBQ chicken place here in Raleigh. I highly recommend the golden original and spicy original, with 양념 chicken sauce on the side.

“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

“Thank you so much for having kind, helpful and understanding employees who truly seem to put their customers first. This evening as we were traveling home from our Thanksgiving vacation we were faced with the predicament of having to haul one vehicle home on a trailer after a very unexpected transmission issue. The dining room was closed and the curbside option was unavailable on the app & since maneuvering the drive thru with a GMC Sierra towing a Suburban was out of the question, I made a quick call into the store and a polite young lady promptly assured me that we could make it work. She asked me to let her know once I arrived and even though they didn’t have any one outdoors taking orders at that time, they could send someone out; Its chilly out today, so I felt bad have it someone do that and I was actually able to order through the app and then just let her know we had arrived. She then helped us figure out the best place to park out of the way while we waited and a very nice gentleman brought out our order, quite timely might I add. Once again thank you, it was very appreciated by all of us, especially the 3 Chic-Fil-A loving, hungry, tired of traveling kiddos! I“

“Visited this Chick Fil-A several times over the past month. 2 of my visits were inside and that was great. I was greeted and taken care of in a short time. Very professional and the food was great. I had 1 drive thru visit and even though it was a busy time, I felt the line went by quicker than expected. Everyone I interacted with was great and my order was perfect. I wish all fast food restaurants gave the same service.“

“Food is always good and chick - fil- A and I love it. This particular place had a problem with toilet. out of our 2 were out of reach CLOSED for maintenance and the one that was open also not in good shape - not flushing. Did report to counter but guess they didn't bother that much.“

“Loved the service!!! First time trying with the family and the patience and kindness the manager had made it felt very welcoming. We didn’t know the menu but they helped and didn’t make us feel pressured to order or stressed. The environment felt very nice and calm, someone you can sit and really enjoy your food. Food was worth the money too and was very filling. 100% coming back for more. I loved it!!!!“
