Domino's Pizza in Apex

“Had a situation that would have resulted in a 1 star review. Ordered 2 pizzas a side and a two liter. Well, 3/4 items were wrong. Called the store 7 times in which 2 times was able to get through but a gentleman would answer the phone then immediately hung up. That was my 1 star review. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I ended up driving to the location the next day to share my experience. One of the managers Carlee was there and listened to what I had to say and she genuinely wanted to make it right. She did not give any excuses, she was sincere, and professional. Her customer service was exceptional. I just hope that Dominos invests in better training models because this is not the first time and not the only location that I’ve dealt with incorrect orders and not being able to get through on the phone. Thank you Carlee. You deserve a raise for what you have to deal with!“

“Great, fresh toppings but I wish they’d have said they were cutting the thin one into tiny useless pieces. Disappointed. Round pizzas are cut like a pie. Pizza is a rare choice for us. I was expecting a slice. Mine was burnt- the box to the side is all the burnt parts. The thicker one was great. I guess in future we’ll note: please do not cut weirdly & do not burn. Otherwise, it was champion.“
