“I love beef tongue tacos and honestly have a crazy high standard for them and these were very much up to the task. I also got cheek tacos for my first time and they were good enough I wasn’t sad I didn’t get all tongue. Tacos come with onion cilantro lime wedges and 2 sauces. I recommend using lime and both sauces and you are going to be very happy with your lunch. Also 4 tacos for 12.80$ can’t be beat nowadays especially with flavor that makes them worth even more.“

“Some of the most high quality, authentic and creative Thai food I have had in the states. The menu changes every two weeks and the number of different dishes I have been able to have in the last year (most that I rarely find at other Thai restaurants) is incredible. They serve a wide variety of types of meat and veggies for keeping a small rotating menu. And I'm serious about the veggies. Locally grown stir fried bamboo! The freshest papaya and pomelo salads! Nam prik egglant dip!! Kabocha squash! They make their own curry paste and the quality of their curries is really impressive. They always have plant based and gluten free options on each menu, and even make their own vegan version of pork belly that is crazy close to the real thing.

Chefs Maddy and Trevor are kind, knowledgeable and truly want to do right by Thai food and culture, as well as by their customers. They get the freshest ingredients from local farms and Asian grocers. They try as often as they can to accommodate additional dietary restrictions. They do a great job bringing authentic Thai dishes to our WNC community in a way that expands horizons and elevates our Asheville food scene.“

“This guy is an absolute genius with food, his menu consists of his classic burger which in itself is one of the better burgers I’ve ever had and another option (between 1 and 3 different dishes) that are always incredibly unique and always amazing. I have been going to his truck since the first day he opened. His menu covers almost everything and he even makes every sauce, salsa, hot sauce and even most condiments himself. I consider his truck to be the best I have personally eaten at and considering the fact that he has a new menu every week it’s almost like a new truck every week but if you are a creature of habit the hamburger is always a great option. He is also fairly new and doing this all by himself which I find incredibly impressive.“
