Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The food as always is awesome. Highly recommended. :)Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic and they have plenty of drink options which are sugar free.
I enjoyed my veggie sandwich at the Long Shoals location in Asheville, but may not return because they use too much plastic. It's really sad how we are destroying our environment with single use plastic. A company the size of Schlotzsky's should be able to switch from plastic to paper. It's not that difficult.

I have a genuine fear in my life that one day there won't be any more Schlotzsky's in NC, and I won't know what to do with myself. Anytime I visit family in Asheville, I buy 4-5 sandwiches and take them back home with me, because I genuinely don't think there's a better sandwich on the planet.
