“I see why this is 5 stars! Only 7 reviews is criminal though. Hand made tortillas and meat with amazing flavor. I got cabeza (beef cheek) and pastor. Very very good! Both salsas are good. A perfect wedge of lime for each taco. You NEED to try this place. Best tacos ive has in Asheville area. Quick service and very friendly. I'll make this a very regular stop for much lunch breaks.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! Tortilleria Molina has quickly become one of my favorite local spots. I’ve tried both the chicken and steak tacos, as well as the steak and pork burritos — and every single bite has been nothing short of amazing. The flavors are rich and authentic, the meat is always perfectly cooked, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. You can tell they put real heart into their food. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for dinner, this place delivers every time. Highly recommend!“

“OK, it's not the best taco I've ever had but pretty darn good. It hit several positive buttons--fresh, hot, simple, inexpensive, good service, nice people. Health rating was posted on the front window--94.5. My search for authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex led me here. This place is hard to find. It's a food truck next to a gas station with a sign out front that says "Food Center" in the very small town of Dana. They have some outside picnic tables to sit at. I'll be back to try some other menu items.“

“Absolutely love this food truck! The food is off the charts and the friendly faces at the window are always smiling and you just know that your food is gonna be made with love. My favorite part is they always add some grilled onions on the side and a little vegetable salad of cucumbers and radish. My husband and I eat there at least once a week. We have tried numerous things on the menu and it never disappoints. I would highly recommend their torta!!“

“The food is so good! I love everything: the tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas, and don't even get me started on the sopes and gorditas—they're my favorites! It's a place I highly recommend, 10/10. They accept cash or Cash App, which is fine with me. It's such a great place that I would eat there every day if my job allowed it. It's a good place to eat with friends and family. 😋😋😋!I love Mexican food !“

“This guy is an absolute genius with food, his menu consists of his classic burger which in itself is one of the better burgers I’ve ever had and another option (between 1 and 3 different dishes) that are always incredibly unique and always amazing. I have been going to his truck since the first day he opened. His menu covers almost everything and he even makes every sauce, salsa, hot sauce and even most condiments himself. I consider his truck to be the best I have personally eaten at and considering the fact that he has a new menu every week it’s almost like a new truck every week but if you are a creature of habit the hamburger is always a great option. He is also fairly new and doing this all by himself which I find incredibly impressive.“

“We were sad to see Taco Boy's West Asheville location closed, but excited that we could still get delivery from them to our home in East Asheville. Then I saw that they also do catering and decided to have them cater a staff appreciation party for my therapy team. This was a huge hit. Everything was super easy, the delivery was perfect and they provided us with everything we needed for a successful party.“
