Great service, food was perfect, and the interior was clean! My literal only complaint is that one of the managers? was having what seemed to be a private conversation at one of the tables in the dining area with some other employees, including talking negatively about other staff members and discussing sanitation violations by said employee within earshot of customers. There was an incident of unprofessional behavior from the manager towards customers, but the staff, including Nicole, are wonderful and accommodating. They remember regular customers' names and provide outstanding service. The restaurant, located near Spectrum Center, has clean rooms and comfortable beds, although some amenities are lacking. The bathrooms may need updating, especially for ADA accessibility. While the atmosphere may not appeal to everyone due to certain beliefs, the food is consistently good, and the service is always fast, making it one of the fastest drive-throughs. However, the drive-through lanes can be challenging, and some customers have expressed frustration with rudeness from other diners. Despite these issues, the restaurant is still recommended for its convenient location and friendly staff.
