We have dined here several times in the past with consistent results. This time our server, Robert, killed the experience. We barely saw him and he was very rushed about everything (the restaurant was about 1/4 filled and I only saw him with one other table). He couldn't tell us which cheese was what on the cheese board, he never checked back after someone else delivered our meal. We were unable to order another round of drinks. What a lovely evening! We were able to get in on a short notice. It probably helps that it was a Monday evening in January. The service was outstanding by everyone, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We had a delightful dining experience.

Why is this only four stars? It was really quite chilly in there. To me, a bistro needs to be warm and lovely, and we were quite chilly.
