Enjoyed our tasting experience - it’s pretty informal and free (choice of 4) so between my wife and I, we got to try them all. The spirits feel carefully made - which I see as mostly a good thing. All of the things we tried were remarkably smooth - and I think anyone with any pallet could handle the line without any fear. As many reviews before, have stated the ambience in this location is absolutely incredible. You truly feel like you've been taken back to the prohibition era and are in an upscale speakeasy. While we visited, I opted to do their gin flight which I love that they offer. That way you can try several of the different ones, and then, if you want a cocktail afterwards, you can enjoy. I had the pleasure of visiting the distillery and throughly enjoyed the tasting. Ariana was very knowledgeable and made us feel like long time friends. Left with a few bottles and some bar stuff. The Founders Reserve is particularly good. Looking forward to our next visit.
