About Dripolator Biltmore Village

Based on the reviews, Dripolator Biltmore Village offers excellent service with very attentive and knowledgeable baristas who handle busy crowds well. The location is convenient, just off of I-40, with a bright environment and rugs. Parking can be tight but there is an overflow parking lot close by. The vibes are immaculate. Some customers love the policy of requiring to buy a drink within 10 minutes of arriving, as it cuts down on the length of the line and improves service. Kids are welcome as long as you buy at least 1 drink per child within 10 minutes. The owner is part of the culture, even though he flips his lid on customers sometimes. One customer ordered the ube latte and found it okay with a powdery texture, but would try something different next time. Another customer enjoyed a great basic latte, a great seasonal latte, and wonderful pastries, specifically noting the apple pie cheesecake bar was out of this world. This location is a favorite and customers will absolutely be back.
