My family and I went through the drive-thru last night. A lady was working there named Dory. She was probably the most competent and pleasant person we’ve had serve us at a fast food restaurant drive-thru in many years. She deserves recognition for for her excellent service. I’m sure that working a Wendy’s drive-thru at 10pm on Saturday night, two days before Christmas, is no one’s dream job, but you wouldn’t know it be the way Dory treated us.
Food was the smallest portion the size a microwave white castle burger ?
My worst complaint is the monitor to show where the order is in process. It’s often not done when it is taken off screen. The food makes up for it as long as they have not ran out. Most employees are kind and cordial.

The restaurant's success may be attributed to the male manager who ensures orders are accurate. The service is fast, and orders are accurate, with friendly hosts making the experience superior. The crispy chicken sandwich is a popular item, although some customers may find it lacking in lettuce. Overall, Wendy's is a top-notch burger chain with a dedicated team working to provide a great experience.
