Auntie Anne's at Asheville Mall in Asheville is a great place to go for delicious and fresh pretzels and much more. I really like the location and how well everything is prepared. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together. Great overall experience every time I have been here.
I always go here expecting it to be better then it isLast experience on 2/27/22 bites tasted soggy and OVERLY salted. Product selection was limited.on weekends when they no they get crowded they should prepare better and put more out..could benefit from more staff

My daughter's pretzel was accidentally underdone, and they immediately took it back, apologized & rewarded her with a new one & a drink. How customer service USED TO BE DONE ALL THE TIME. Kudos to the management!Vegetarian options: Pretzels are available without butter, ie vegan. I can't have dairy, so this is helpful to me.
